Odds are you had a long week last week.  Maybe you tried to relax this weekend or maybe you were just as busy doing something crazy for fun.  Either way, do your body a favor and hit the sack early tonight.  Everyone knows that your body really does need a solid 8 hours of sleep.  Why not give it what it wants?
