See Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

Words cannot describe how excited I am to see the second installment of my childhood obsession on the big screen.  I’m not expecting it to be the greatest movie of all time, but I am expecting a great summer blockbuster.

Here are my top 5 reasons why you should see Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen today.

5.) Even more robots and battles

The writers have upped the anti with the sequel, bringing in more classic names from the original television series.  They have also introduced several new characters that will keep diehard fans like myself something more to chew on.

3.) Things that go boom

Michael Bay is the king of explosions.  I fully expect no less than 1.2 explosions per minute for the majority of the movie.

2.) Devastator

My logic is simple.  I was also a huge Voltron fan as a child.  Voltron was cool.  Voltron was also a collection of 5 robots that joined to make a much bigger robot.  Devastator is a bunch of robots that link up to make a much bigger robot.  Therefore, Devastator is cool.
